DekhoPlay is a digital streaming service. Nothing is shipped physically.

How your plan is delivered

• Your plan is activated instantly after a successful payment, usually within a few seconds.
• You can start watching straight away at dekhoplay.live.
• On any other device, sign in with the mobile number you used to pay.
• Your plan, expiry date and invoices are always available in Profile.

If access does not start

Sometimes a bank takes longer to confirm a payment. Your plan starts automatically as soon as we receive confirmation — you do not need to pay again. If your plan is not active within 30 minutes, email support@dekhoplay.live with your mobile number.

What you need

An internet connection and a modern web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Video quality adjusts automatically to your connection.
