These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of DekhoPlay at dekhoplay.live (the "Service"), operated by Lokesh Banduji Ingale, Bhuteshwar Nagar, Gangabai Ghat Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440002, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DekhoPlay is an online video streaming service offering classic films and series that are in the public domain or that we are otherwise permitted to stream. The catalogue may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Titles carry age ratings (U, UA, A) as a guide; parents are responsible for what minors watch.

3. Your account

• Your account is identified by your Indian mobile number. Anyone who knows your number can sign in, so keep it private and do not share your account.
• You can be signed in on up to 2 devices at the same time. Signing in on another device signs out the oldest one.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@dekhoplay.live if you think your account is being misused.

4. Plans and payment

• Plans, prices and durations are shown before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period. They do not renew automatically.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, record, re-stream, sell or publicly show content from the Service;
• share playback links, get around the device limit, or use the Service commercially;
• try to break, probe or overload the Service, or access it with bots or scrapers;
• use the Service in any way that breaks Indian law.

We may suspend or block accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and intellectual property

Many films on DekhoPlay are in the public domain. The selection, artwork, design, software and the DekhoPlay name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to watch content for private, non-commercial viewing during your plan.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but streaming depends on your internet connection and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may pause features for maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Before taking any legal step, please write to support@dekhoplay.live so we can try to resolve the issue.
